Ever since I can remember, I have had a camera in my hand. My first was a Kodak “Cameo” film camera and I took it everywhere! My love for photography grew stronger as I reached high school. I took my first photography class when I was a sophomore and it forever changed me. Developing and changing the film(in a dark room) brought on more challenges and only left me for wanting to know more about the process. Even though I have drifted away from that process, due to the digital world, I still love it and hope to have my own dark room one day. When ya wish, wish big, right? =)
I love the feel of freedom behind a lens, whether it’s on-location with clients or snapping shots of my beautiful children(and I have tons of those; Pictures and children, lol.) Being creative brings out a sense of calmness in me in which I want to share. I love to photograph children and families. Being behind the lens enables me to capture your family in a way that not everyone can see. I get up-close and catch you when you are in your most relaxed state.
When we first met, face to face, I will probably hug you(you have been warned, lol). At each session I get very personal with my clients and consider them part of my family. I treat you as if you are my family and I want to make sure you get the best images that I can provide. I often just let your family run and play and do what your family is used to doing, being yourselves. =)

- smiles and sunshine(every photographers fav!)
- Pandora radio- I honestly can’t live without it. It’s become a staple in my editing process. =)
